• DNA Sequencing
  ABI PRISM® 3100xl Genetic Analyzer
• Gene Expression Analysis
  GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G
• GenePix Professional 4200A Four-color scanner with 16-position emission filter wheel for microarrays, tissue and cell arrays, and general fluorescence studies.
• Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer Desktop System. The Agilent Bioanalyzer is used to determine the quality and quantitiy of RNA samples. 12 samples are loaded onto one “chip” and run on the machine via electrophoresis.
• Flow cytometry
  BD LSR II System. Benchtop flow cytometer. Four-laser, 18-color.
• DNA Amplification
  96-Well GeneAmp® PCR System 9700
  qRT-PCR
  ABI 7300 Real Time PCR System
  Primer Design: Primer3 is a web-based software designed by the Whitehead Institute of MIT. In general, the default settings that come with the software work. The only thing you need to do is to copy and paste your sequence into the sequence box and click the "pick primers" button. However, customers are encouraged to go over the settings.

• NanoDrop® ND-1000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer The Nanodrop is a low volume spectrophotometer that does not require a curvette. This can be used to measure the quantity of RNA/DNA and protein. It only requires 1µl of your product.
• Sorvall RC6 plus Ultracentrifuge
• New Brunswick Refrigerated Incubator Shaker - LS B-12
• Ice Machine -LS B-12
• Autoclave - LS B-12
